Looks like just like the double-angled quotation marks, there are also
single-angled quotation marks "› and ‹" '( http://unicodelookup.com/#angle
quotation/1 )

So does it make sense to bind them to >' and <'

So now we have ended up with

>> → ≫
>= → ≥
>" → »
>' → ›

<< → ≪
<= → ≤
<" → «
<' → ‹
