thanks for the patches!

This one contains minified JavaScript.  It’s only d3.js, so
it wasn’t hard to take the sources and minify it.

>   gnu: Add r-icellnet.
>   gnu: Add r-scseqcomm.

I pushed them all to the master branch
(ce291b193cadbd6926ddf31af2ac6ed8bd607f44).
