Has anybody worked on that yet?
I see lots of cl- packages...
Quicklisp beta
Quicklisp is a library manager for Common Lisp. It works with your
existing Common Lisp implementation to download, install, and load any
of over 1,500 libraries with a few simple commands.

Nope, Andy Patterson had some plans about it, but as far as I know, nothing has
been done yet.
I'd be very interested by a recursive importer as well! :)
