I’m not sure this is a good idea.  The version of doctest in Stackage
and LTSHaskell is 0.16.0.1.  We need to ensure that all Haskell packages
match the versions of the same LTSHaskell release.

LTSHaskell has this at version 2.9.11, not 2.9.12.  We need to make sure
that all Haskell packages remain compatible by keeping them all on the
same LTSHaskell release.

How hard would it be to add a ‘lint’ checker for that?  After all we
already have the updater code.  That’d be very helpful!
