Is there a way to install guix packages, from debian package managers (dpkg
or apt-get)?
Some quick googling isn't definitive.
- Can you install Debian packages in Guix?

You should be able to ``guix install dpkg'' (although maybe there's some
extra setup that needs done for environment variables etc?)

That lets you create a .deb package from a Guix package, rather than the
other way round.
