guix lint: warning: failed to load '(gnu packages #{.#python}#)':
no code for module (gnu packages #{.#python}#)
Does anyone know what this means?

This is caused by temporary files created by Emacs while editing. Try saving the modified buffer; the temporary file (and the above warning) should vanish.
