Hi,

Some dependencies for Flux.jl, the machine learning framework.  I am currently
blocked by another dependencies:
https://github.com/JuliaBinaryWrappers/LLVMExtra_jll.jl which depends on
https://github.com/maleadt/LLVM.jl.  Well, another story. :-)
