Using /dev/disk/by-id , I think this already works now with no user-space changes!
(bootloader (grub-configuration (device "/dev/disk/by-id/ata-Samsung_SSD_850_EVO_1TB_S21DNXAGB15171J")))
Reconfiguring as we speak...
