Until this is fixed, you can disable pcomplete <-> capf intergration in
eshell like this:
(defun my/disable-pcomplete-capf ()
(remove-hook 'completion-at-point-functions
#'pcomplete-completions-at-point
t))
(add-hook 'eshell-mode-hook #'my/disable-pcomplete-capf)
