The latest version of YAML is 1.2.2, and it no longer specifies ‘y’,
‘n’, ‘yes’, or ‘no’ as booleans. However, existing parser
implementations are not all up to date and still implement 1.0 or 1.1
even in presence of the ‘%YAML 1.2’ tag in the input.
