[BUG] read-char arguments: XEmacs incompatibility

[BUG] read-char arguments: XEmacs incompatibility

In org-clock.el there is a call to read-char with 3 arguments, but
XEmacs's version only takes 0 arguments, so it signals error (upon using
org-clock-in, for example).
