Hi,
I've been using `subl -w` with Gauteh's astroidmail on OSX lately[1]. This SublimeText plugin will open a prompt and insert an email address for you. There is a GIF to explain how it works on the github page.

It's yet to be installed in the Package Control system but I thought people might be interested.
