[PATCH] inbox: ->mailboxid accessor

[PATCH] inbox: ->mailboxid accessor

This will be necessary for "mailboxIds" as described in RFCs 8620 and
8621 (for JMAP).  We may implement "MAILBOXID" in RFC 8474 for IMAP,
as well.
