I got the same message after changing the parenthesis:

(bootloader
   (bootloader-configuration
     (bootloader grub-efi-bootloader)
     (targets (list "/boot/efi")
              (keyboard-layout keyboard-layout))))

gfp@Tuxedo ~$ sudo guix system reconfigure /etc/config.scm
Passwort:
/etc/config.scm:49:6: Fehler: (targets (list "/boot/efi") 
(keyboard-layout keyboard-layout)): invalid field specifier


What is wrong?
