Hi, I used to use guix pull/upgrade through Tor proxy without any
problem for more than a year, but it suddenly got blocked in the last
days, I noticed some TLS error but my connection is fine. So I just
tried to open https://ci.guix.gnu.org/ in browser (Tor) and never load.
Using random socksproxy it just loads fine. I think there is some rule
blocking exit nodes. There is a reason for this?
Thanks in Advance.
