[bug#61587] [PATCH 0/8] networking services refactoring

Changes of interest:

* Make wpa_supplicant (or iwd) optional.
* Fixes networking for NetworkManager starting too early (see [1] e [2])
* Introduces canonical and virtual names for connman and NetworkManager
services.
