Nothing from (guix build gnu-build-system) seems to be used.  I think
you can drop the ‘#:modules’ arguments all together.

Phases no longer have to return #f.

The page supports HTTPS too, so it should be used instead of plain HTTP.

think you can drop them to make the synopsis a bit shorter.
