Come to think of it, as we're removeing CreationDate anyway, setting TZ
is quite unnecessary, and we can just do

	$(AM_V_DOT)$(DOT) -Tpdf $(DOT_OPTIONS) < "$<" > "$(srcdir)/$@.tmp"
