Subject: [PATCH] gnu: sddm: Update to 0.20.0.

* gnu/packages/display-managers.scm (sddm)[version]: Update to 0.20.0.
[source]: Remove snippet.
[arguments]: Use gexp, remove outdate comment and handle /include/qt5 dir of
qtdeclarative.
