Neither of these work to switch to another virtual terminal:
* Control + Alt + <function-key> (ex. Control + Alt + F2)
* Alt + <function-key> (ex. Alt + F2)
I am not using:
* graphical environment
** graphical desktop
** graphical window manager
* display manager service
