If this is intended and expected, then feel free to close it, sure.
But it's certainly changed behaviour. I had https://guix.gnu.org/manual/en/html_node/Mail-Home-Services.html open in a browser tab for more than a month, and on 2023-08-23 it was suddenly 404 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
