[bug#55104] [PATCH 001/232] gnu: python-ipython: Re-order fields.

* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-ipython): Move the 'arguments' field
right after the 'build-system' one,  Re-indent 'inputs' field.
[propagated-inputs]: Sort inputs.
