Pushed to staging as

d99e7ee0f2bbe4abe08552afaa9821036da2a760

with an update to the latest 8.5.x Tomcat.

Thanks to Gábor for reviewing.

I will continue with getting Tomcat9 in (which needs some more/updated
dependencies) and I plan to write a service for Tomcat, if time admits
me to do so.
