I'm not sure I understand what "window key press tilix" means, but, for what it's worth, I just installed tilix in guix fb3085e and I can go to the list of applications, click on Tilix, and it starts normally. For example:
1. Open the applications view (press the Super key twice quickly on the keyboard)
2. Page through the list until you find Tilix icon
3. Click on Tilix icon
The application starts.
The only problem I see is that the app icon is not displayed correctly; instead, you see a generic application launcher icon. Although this problem is not specific to Tilix.
