[bug#65037] [PATCH v4 2/8] gnu: python-daemon: Update to 3.0.1.

* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-daemon)[arguments]<adjust-tests>: Drop
workaround for hasattr.  Also disable “test_exception_types” and
“test_exception_instance”.
