[bug#67237] [PATCH 32/32] gnu: python-posix-ipc: Limit tests to target-x86.

* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-posix-ipc): Fix build on not X86
platform by disabling unit tests.
[arguments]{tests?}: Only run unit tests on target-x86.
