Does Guix have a formal RFC process like this one?

There’s no such thing yet!  It was brought up in the past and I think we
should have a process along these lines (for instance, while working on
‘guix shell’, which is a major CLI change, I felt like we’d rather have
a more formal procedure than an entry burried in the guix-patches
queue.)

If you feel like helping shape that process, you can check what
guix-maintainers think and feel empowered to push it forward!
