Hi.
The substitute server at ci.guix.gnu.org is not reachable via IPv6.
I found messages from 4 years ago indicating that the network where the
CI machine is was not ready for IPv6 (see [1]).
Is it still the case today?

I don’t think anything has changed in that regard as the switches have
not been replaced.
