I restarted <https://ci.guix.gnu.org/build/369538/details> almost
exactly 24h ago, and it's still in the ‘Started’ state. Is it
stuck? Maybe I'm just overestimating our newly coordinated build
farm.
The negative Duration looks worth reporting either way:

Same with https://ci.guix.gnu.org/build/365654/details which was restarted. Its log still contains those of the previous attempt.

The build timestamps were not reset on build restart. This is fixed
with: 37de70546bcc09f2e5f59463ed4fb1b4c3078c00.
The CI farm has been performing badly this week-end probably because of
https://issues.guix.gnu.org/46796.
I have restarted Cuirass yesterday and the build queues are now empty.
