Hi,
Ungoogled Chromium in Guix is at version 112 when the latest version is
115.
Is there advice on updating this package and maintaining it in general?

It's basically a free-for-all leaf package, albeit one with a fast
release cycle. YMMV, but imho the biggest barrier to updating are long
build times.
