bug#27563: [PATCH] gnu: ghostscript: Don't write document UUID; use "" as instance UUID.

* gnu/packages/patches/ghostscript-no-header-uuid.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/ghostscript.scm (ghostscript)[source]: Use it.
