Old buffer xyz

Old buffer xyz

I'm using tab-bar and always end up with quite a number of buffers "Old
buffer xyz" with tab-bar's the default settings. Sometimes more than one
for the same xyz.

I think NEWS should describe that better. I didn't find it easy to find
tab-bar-select-restore-windows and that setting it to nil might work.

(I hate the default, too, but whatever... :-))

Sorry, those buffers were intended to be internal.  Now fixed.

The NEWS now improved as well.

If more people will express the preference to disable this
by default then let it be.
