I have noticed that M-x ispell-change-dictionary will not find an aspell
dictionary installed during the session. That makes work not convenient.

I have tried running function (ispell-find-aspell-dictionaries) but it
did not refresh the list for M-x ispell-change-dictionary

Does it help if you eval (ispell-set-spellchecker-params) after
installing a dictionary and before doing 'M-x ispell-change-dictionary'?
