Is it possible to make some of the pcase conditions do nothing? How can I do this if possible?

I don't know what is a "pcase condition" and "do nothing" can mean very
different things in the context of `pcase` which mostly chooses a branch
(how can you "do nothing" when the question is not "what to do" but
"what to choose"?).
