I downloaded and installed a port of GNU Emacs onto an Android device. My question is, where does it keep its .emacs file, or else its .emacs.d directory?

In its home directory, typically /data/data/org.gnu.emacs/files.
Please refer to the node `(emacs)Android Environment' within the
Emacs manual for more details.
