* Does `file-relative-name' support symbolic links in Emacs 29.1?

Hi!

Due to the fact that `file-relative-name' produces an incorrect result,
`org-latex-preview' does not work correctly if path contains symbolic
links.  In Emacs 28.2, `org-latex-preview' worked fine.

Thanks, but please report this as a bug with all the necessary
details, including a reproducer if possible.
