People being mislead by feature/native-comp branch

Catching up on the internet today, I see this problem report that ends up
being the result of someone not realizing that native-comp has been merged
and they shouldn't be using the branch anymore. Maybe add something to the
makefile pointing people at master?

Hi Chad,

not sure if the Makefile would be the right place.

Maybe we should just remove that branch?  As a matter of fact ATM is all
present under the master tree.

If the branch is no longer needed, removing it is TRT, thanks.

feature/native-comp is gone, viva il native-comp!

Staying on topic I think also 'feature/native-comp-macos-fixes' should
go.  It probably should have been in scratch in first place and it only
contains 229c0c5f8b from Vibhav (Cc'ed) that I think is long
superseeded.  Shall we clean it up too?
