Agreed.
I read bug-gnu-emacs via gmane.org (gmane.emacs.bugs). After applying
Gmane's spam detection (detected spam is cross-posted to
gmane.spam.detected) and some home grown leafnode filters, the spam
ratio is approximately 50%.
