Hi All,

In today's CVS Emacs, it looks there is a problem with display when
transient-mark-mode is enabled: in certain cases, the region
highlighting is not cleared after the end of buffer.

To reproduce:

emacs -q -no-site-file
M-x transient-mark-mode
In *scratch*:
C-x h (select all) -> line after eob are highlighted
Menu Edit/Clear -> region highlighting is not correctly cleared.

David
