That's one situation, yes.  Another is when you want to have a quick
overview of some glyph_row structure:

  document prowlims
  Print important attributes of a glyph_row structure.
  Takes one argument, a pointer to a glyph_row structure.
  end

"prowlims" stands for "print row limits", btw.  No, I don't mind a
better name, if you have suggestions.
