Doing `=' in a PCL-CVS buffer shows a diff in the other buffer but
does not select the diff buffer.
Doing C-x v = from a source file selects the diff buffer.
WIBNI both commands behaved the same way w.r.t. selecting the diff
buffer?

And it would be nice to make that customizable, including the use of
shrink-window-if-larger-than-buffer.
