Hello all
Exists plans to implement packages system for Emacs, like in XEmacs? i
think this will good thing, because users can update subpackages without
upgrading entire distributions, and core distribution will small.
For example - in ALTLinux distro we manualy split gnu emacs into emacs-X11,
emacs-commont, gnus & speedbar, so user can install gnus or oort gnus and
so on.

i intend to try to avoid having a package system.
I am typing one-handed due to broken arm, so i can discuss it further.
