    I use that change all the time, and I don't see this.  For me, it only
    inserts the single message being forwarded.

I did more experimenting, and it seems that the problem
occurs after rmail-expunge.

It is not hard to fix.

The question is, is it right to send the undecoded message
or is it better to send what is visible?
