Minor patch to revise two links in MORE.STUFF

This is wrong.  The correct link is the old one.  Why this change?

I dont understand. The former link always redirects to the latter. I am
confused about which is old and which is new.

If I am wrong please revert it.

What browser have you tried?  With Firefox, it behaves as it should,
that is, it jumps to the #etags label inside the web page.

The first one is old, that is the original one, the second one is new.

There is some misunderstanding here. When you say:

You are right and I was half wrong.  You made two changes:

 s/cnuce/isti/
 s/#etags//

The first change is correct, the second one is wrong.  But in my
previous messages I only spoke about the second one, not having noticed
the first change, hence the confusion.  Sorry about that.
