The Emacs web pages include the Emacs manual in HTML, and it has
links to the other manuals.  But they are not on the web site.

Could someone put up dummy HTML files for the manuals which are not
present on the site?  These files could simply say that we have not
put these manuals on the site but they are available with Emacs.

These pages are in the repository /webcvs/emacs.  Anyone that has
access to the Emacs repository can access that too, I think.

Please ack if you do this.
