rmail-resend and mailabbrev

rmail-resend and mailabbrev

I get an error when using rmail-resend.  Applying the following patch
hides the error, but I do not know if something else should be done.

The problem is that rmail-resend tries to set the syntax table to
mail-abbrev-syntax-table, but this is nil.
