In changeset 0c51db6bb1, this item appears under "Crash bugs":
** SVG images may be cropped incorrectly with librsvg 2.45 and below.
Librsvg 2.46 and above have improved geometry code which Emacs is able
to take advantage of.

Thanks, I moved it to "Miscellaneous problems" under the "General
runtime problems" heading.
