Ahh, thanks, that was it.
Too many timing variables-the access token has a lifetime of 60 minutes;
auth-source was caching this for 2 hours; and gpg-agent has a default
cache time of 2 hours as well.
But a few minutes of configuration and now I don't have to type a
password too frequently:)
