org2el (https://github.com/tumashu/el2org) is a simple package, which can

convert a elisp file to org file.

I write all my package's commentary with org format, and use this package's command:
el2org-generate-readme to create a README.md file, which is useful for github like website.

Is is useful to others?

I think this would be a nice addition to GNU ELPA. Org’s ob-tangle.el
has a org-babel-detangle, but that requires an existing Org file, and
perhaps doesn’t quite cover el2org’s use case.

I wonder if it would be possible (or make sense at all) to have el2org
highlight the Org markup in the comments?
