I have been used Eclipse for Android Develop since a long time. But I found
that it's too slow and less efficient. I doubts whether I can use emacs to
take place of Eclipse.

At least you can access Android devices via Tramp. That is, from inside
Emacs you can use dired on directories of an Android device, you could
copy files, and edit them.

Remote process support is under development.
